Paul Cote Obituary

Paul Cote (1960 – 2025) of Londonderry, NH and New Bedford, MA died on June 19th after a valiant battle with cancer. He was born in New Bedford and attended New Bedford High School where he first began dating his wife of 33 years, Atty Melissa Coury Cote. He went on to graduate from Northeastern University with a degree in Engineering Technology.
Paul was a proud veteran of the US Air Force and continued to fight for the rights of all veterans throughout his life.
Paul had a second career as a successful licensed real estate agent in NH and MA. Paul and Missy raised their four children in Londonderry. Paul dedicated his life to his wife and children celebrating every success of each child like it was the 4th of July. Paul was a proud conservative who flew the stars and stripes proudly over his home and had a strong sense of loyalty to traditional values.
His politically incorrect humor and his irresistible dance moves will be remembered forever. The scotch distillers and the roulette tables will mourn his passing. His family will miss his hugs, his intense love, long summer days together on the beach at their beloved second home on Nantucket, fireworks on the Charles each July 4th, and Paul in his glory grilling dogs and burgers by the backyard pool.
Paul is survived by his wife of 33 years Missy, his daughters Kaffa and Amara of Londonderry, his daughter Anissa, and her wife Meghan, of Japan, and his best buddy, his son Jarad, and his partner Isa. Father to all, his 5th child Maya, along with his very favorite Democrat Luke.
Paul was predeceased by his parents Maurice Sr. and Rita Cote. Paul is also survived by his siblings, nieces, and nephews.
