Patsy was the daughter of Irish immigrants, John and Mary (Higgins) Banks and was one of nine children raised in Dorchester and West Roxbury. A graduate of Roslindale High School, Patsy met the “love of her life”, Billy, at the Holy Name Dance when she was just 15 years old.
Patsy’s life centered around her family as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She cherished great times with extended family and friends and was the most gracious host of summer pool parties at her home in Westwood. She had a big heart, a vibrant personality, and an extraordinary passion for shopping and travel. She thoroughly enjoyed working with her colleagues at Dedham Savings Bank and the Dedham Police Department. Patsy lived life to the fullest and will be forever missed by her family and friends.
