Nancy L (Rintala) Titus

Titus (Rintala), Nancy L., of Watertown, MA, formerly of Fitchburg, MA.

August 9, 1931 to September 8, 2024.

93 years old

Titus (Rintala), Nancy, L., had a love of nursing and graduated from Leominster Hospital Nursing Diploma School.  After raising 10 beautiful children she became a Home Health Aide, and was very dedicated to comforting others in their time of need.  Married to her beloved husband, the late Dexter Leon Titus, for 58 years.  She was a loving mother, always nurturing, kind, supportive and encouraging to all of her children and grandchildren.  Predeceased by parents John and Hilda Rintala and siblings; Eugene, Hilda, Ruth, Helen, Martha, Lillian, Loretta, John and James. Survived by her children and their significant others; Robin & Bob Patterson, Louise & Larry Gillman (both deceased), Diana Titus & Stephen Chandler, Susan Titus-Garnier & Henri Garnier (deceased), Bonnie & Bruce Pearson, Tom & Susan Titus, Lori & Mel Leblanc, Marilyn & Rick Ford, Betsy Titus and Ted Titus & Meredith Carreras.  Also survived by 20 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren whom she adored and cherished, and her many nieces & nephews. 

We would like to express gratitude to the multiple organizations and the many caregivers who provided care over the last 7 years; Care Dimension, Bayada Home Health Care, Suburban Home Health Care, Associated Home Care, Friendly Care, Inc. and Springwell.

Mom gave her Anatomical Gift donation to Harvard Medical School. 

A celebration of Life will be held at a later time, details will be forthcoming.
