KELLY, Mary Ann (Rahilly) of West Roxbury, formerly of Glenbeigh, County Kerry, Ireland. Passed away at home on November 14, 2024. Age 95. Predeceased by her husband, Daniel; son, Michael; grandson, Daniel. Loving mother of Maureen Hanifan of Reading, Stephen Kelly of Natick, Deborah Kelly of West Roxbury, Sean Kelly of Lincoln, RI and Karen Julien of Needham. Devoted grandmother of Jill, Allison, Michael, Katie, Caroline, Maura, Patrick, James, Peter and Stephanie. Great grandmother of Colby, Alex, Anna, Paige and Charlotte. Sister to Ann Doyle of England, Catherine Sugrue of Ireland and the late Deborah Moloney, Michael, Martin, Ellen, John, Thomas and Patrick.

Mary was an exceptional artisan, crafting professional-quality knitted items and needlepoints. Her warm blankets will serve as a heartfelt memory of her in our homes for years to come. She was an avid baker and made countless cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pies for her family and many of their neighborhood friends. A lifelong Christian, Mary was generous to Catholic Charities and incorporated daily mass and the rosary into her long life.

Funeral from Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre Street, West Roxbury, on Wednesday, November 20th at 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Theresa of Avila Church at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Interment Mt. Benedict Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Catholic Memorial School, 235 Baker Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132.
