Marie Anne (Mullen) Ansello, of Dorchester, MA, passed away on February 5th after a brief illness.
Born in Boston, MA on July 19, 1944, Marie was the daughter of Richard B. Mullen and Marion (Walsh) Mullen. She attended Monsignor Ryan Memorial High School and was a proud graduate of Laboure College, where she earned a degree in nursing. Marie worked at St Margaret’s Hospital for many years.
Marie is survived by her two children, Christina Houllahan and her husband Jay, and Matthew Ansello and his wife Kerri, and her five grandchildren, Dylan, Benjamin, and Aidan Houllahan and Libby and Gemma Ansello.
She is also survived by her brother, Richard (Jack) Mullen and wife Bette; sister, Kathleen (Kay) O’Toole and husband Tom; sister, Marion Mullen and husband Ian Veitzer, and many nieces and nephews. Preceding Marie in death is her brother, Thomas Mullen.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday February 18, at 10:30 am in St. Agatha Church, 432 Adams St. Milton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment Milton Cemetery.
