Jack’s career was long and varied but the throughline for him was that he enjoyed helping business owners solve problems whether it was while employed by IBM or serving as a consultant for the National Association of the Self-Employed.
Jack was a great Dad, a role he cherished. He was a combination of coach, cheerleader and mentor. He encouraged his children and supported them throughout his life. He was kind, giving and selfless. His intellect was great and his curiosity was boundless.
Jack and Mary traveled the world together creating lasting memories. But walks in a local park or on Harding’s Beach in Chatham were also treasured. Jack was a great lover of music and could be found at Symphony Hall, Tanglewood, the Opera House, the Cape Playhouse or many other theaters and concert halls. He listened to and enjoyed music from Abba to Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concertos.
He was also a great fan of Boston sports, particularly the Patriots.
