Janet “Nana” Louise McDonald Butler of Boston

Born September 8, 1934 Elliot Hospital Manchester N.H.

Widow of Harvey Butler. Survived by her sons Neal, Gregg and his wife Kristen, Eric and his wife Mary, and her daughters Amy and her husband Jim, Pam and her husband Conrad, her cherished grandchildren Rhea, Katie, Joseph, Trevor, Harrison, Andrew, Kelsey, Taylor, Olivia, Lauren, And Grace.

She was a retired Parish worker at Old South Church in Boston and a long time member of Old South Church. A loving and giving person who enriched the lives of all people who were lucky enough to meet her. She will be missed by all who love her.

She died peacefully at home in the loving embrace of her family after an illness.

She will be buried at Forest Hills Cemetery next to Harvey in a private ceremony, A memorial service and interment will be held at Old South Church in Copley Square. These services will be held on a later date in the spring due to the current pandemic and weather conditions.
