Iris Marilyn (Duhaime) Nasson

Nasson, Iris Marilyn (Duhaime), of Walpole, formerly Jamaica Plain.  Loving and devoted wife for 66 years to the late Ronald Nasson. Cherished mother of Linn (Galligan) and her husband Edward, Lisa (Sullivan) and her husband Frank, Cheryl (Meehan) and her husband Ken, Rhonda (Gropman) and her husband Michael, Andrea (Varkas) and her husband Bill, Mark and his wife, Amanda (Sanzo), Michael and his wife Kathy (Carroll), William Nasson, Michelle (Miller) and her husband Dave and Denise Melvin.  Sister-in-law of Edward and his wife Andrea (Leathe) & Mary Duhaime.  Pre-deceased by her mother Doris and father, Wilbrod Duhaime, her sister Lorraine Abruzzi, June Perry, Doris Paolucci & brother George Duhaime, & her cherished and fun-loving grandson William “Billy” Varkas.
Loving and kind “Nana” to Kristen, David, Brianna, Shannon, Ryan, Marissa, Alexa, Julia, Samantha, Heleana, Dylan, AvaRose, Nicholas, Alec, Charlotte and Andrew.

“Nana” will forever be missed by her immediate and extended family. Nana was a devoted mother, grandmother and wife. Nana, along with her husband, Ronnie, was happiest when surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 30th at 10 AM in St. George Albanian Orthodox Cathedral, 523 East Broadway, South Boston followed by a service at 11 AM.  Interment Forest Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. George Albanian Orthodox Cathedral, 523 East Broadway, South Boston, MA  02127 or St. Jude Children’s Hospital & Research.
