David DeMotte Obituary

David C. DeMotte, of Roslindale, February 18, 2020 peacefully at the age of 84.

David was born on April 2, 1935 in Boston. He served in the United Stated Army from 1955 until his Honorable Discharge from service in 1961. David worked for many years as a Foreman with the Boston Water & Sewer Commission. Originally from Jamaica Plain, David and his wife Ann spent his entire life in Roslindale once they married in 1962.

David will be loved and missed by his surviving wife, Ann; son, Joseph of Roslindale; daughter Susan & her husband Rick Weidner of Topsfield; son, William of Roslindale & his former spouse Patricia George of Blackstone; daughter Laura & her husband Keith Stokes of Dracut; son, John & his wife Moriya of Dedham.

David will also be forever loved and missed by his 5 grandchildren; Katie, Bradley, Cassandra, Ryleigh & David.

At David’s living request, services will be private to immediate family.
