Carol McA’Nulty(Gorman) 96 of West Roxbury. Survived by her husband of 62 years Donald, daughter Pamela, her wife Megan, their two sons Ryan and Conall, son John, his wife Linda Keohan, their son Robert, and two daughters Sarah and Kate. Pre-deceased by sister Mary E Manetti, and brother David J Gorman. She grew up in Dorchester and Jamaica Plain, graduated with a BA from Emanuel College and a M.Ed. from Boston University. She worked as an elementary school teacher for the American School in Bremerhaven Germany and then in Boston, and Quincy. She also managed the family owned AAA Exterminating Company. She was an active member of the Boston chapter of the League of Women Voters, where she held a number of posts, including President in 1983, when she co-managed the somewhat controversial Boston Mayoral Debate. She was a proud and life-long Democrat.
Funeral from the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, on Thursday, March 13th at 9 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. John Chrysostom Church, 4750 Washington St. West Roxbury at 10 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment Private. Visiting hours Wednesday, March 12th from 4 pm to 7 pm in the Funeral Home.
