Ariel Ivan Guzman "Coco" (1984-2023)
Died peacefully surrounded by family and his girlfriend on March 15th.
Ariel's favorite quote was, "En lo mio pa lo mio!" Because believe it or not, he was a strong minded individual who focused on his own priorities, he faced many personal struggles but always managed to put a smile on the faces of those he loved. His contagious laughter and smile will be greatly missed by his loving nieces and nephews, he was the funny uncle and was always there anytime they needed him.
On January 5th, 2007 Ariel's life changed completely when he became a father to his son Gabriel Ivan "Gabby" Guzman. Ariel prided himself on being a single father and really enjoyed spending time with his son. They frequented restaurants and watched movies together, Ariel cheered him on at his baseball games and made sure he was supported in his studies.
Ariel was a lifelong comedian and he took every opportunity to lighten the mood in every room that he entered. While climbing the ladder of success at Keolis commuter services, and being a single dad he met his girlfriend Charilyn Andino. On June 25th, 2016 he made an instant connection with "Chary" and soon recognized her two daughters as his own, Jamaris E. Miranda & Janely E. Miranda.
Although he was an exceptional joke teller he was extremely passionate about his family and made sure to always check in with his mom and dad daily. He would always send jokes, gifs, or silly videos to his sisters. Even with a busy life Ariel always looked out for his parents. He was a loving, respectful son and made sure they were always taken care of. He was an extraordinary and loving younger brother. We'll miss you, Arielito.
Ariel Ivan Guzman "Coco" is survived by his son Gabriel Ivan "Gabby" Guzman, parents Jose Ariel Guzman (father) and Zenaida Guzman (mother), sisters Jeanette Guzman-Bonilla and Melissa Guzman, nieces Giselle A. Rodriguez, Jarieliz A. Bonilla, Emeli A. Torres, nephews Julio A. Rosado, Jonathan A. Rosado and J. Aiden Bonilla and girlfriend Charilyn Aldino, daughters Jamaris E. Miranda & Janely E. Miranda.
