Alice Synnott Obituary
Of Roslindale, April 15, 2026, at age 83. Survived by daughter Patricia A. O'Neill of Seattle and son Andrew J. of Milton. Beloved daughter of the late William R. and Mary M. Buchanan (nee Hickey) of Boston. Sister of the late Willam R. of Roslindale, the late Robert L. of Plymouth, the late Eugene F. of Plymouth formerly of Canton, the late Edmund J., the late Gerald J. of West Roxbury, and the late Maureen C. Mitchell of Boston. Also survived by grandchildren Philip, Henry, William, Mint and Tyler.
Alice began her career as a nurse and later became a real estate agent. In 1986, she opened Linens By Alice, a business which she grew with passion, creativity and professionalism. Alice was an avid golfer, a foodie and loved a good book. But what she loved the most was spending time with her friends and family (and over the years her two Cairn Terriers, Shorty and Wilson)!
