Cherished son of the late John V. and Ruth Joyce. Devoted brother of Ruth Haivanis of West Newton, Sue Neff of Light House Point, Fl and the late John V "Jay" Joyce Jr. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Theresa of Avila Church at 11:30am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours in the funeral home Monday from 4:00 - 8:00pm. Interment private. Walter was a graduate of Harvard University, Northeastern Law School and the Culinary Institute, Hyde Park, NY. Walter had a great love of life.
