Thomas Mukkudimalyil, of Parampuzha town, located in the Kottayam district of Kerala, India, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the age of 83. Thomas was born to parents, Pothan and Annama Joseph of the Mukkudimalyil family in Parampuzha on June 19th, 1931. He grew up as the youngest of five siblings. In 1968, he married KC Mariamma, also known as Mary. Together they enjoyed 47 years of togetherness. They had a daughter, Sujata Puthussery, who was also their only child. In the last years of his life, Thomas spent with his wife, Mary, living with his daughter and her husband, Shaju Puthussery and their two children, Alexis, aged 13 and Aidan, aged 12, in Brookline Massachusetts. A viewing of the body will be available to friends and family at Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home located on 1803 Centre Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132 on Friday, April 24th, from 4-7 pm. As per his request, Thomas will be cremated on April 25th after a private funeral service at St. Ignatius Loyola, Boston College, located in Chestnut Hill, MA.
