Manning of Los Angeles, Jean Ann Manning of Harwichport, Richard Manning of West Roxbury and Jennifer McVey of Hyde Park. Brother of Joan Gladman of Mission Hills, CA and Paul Manning of Lakewood, CA. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury, Thursday, November 8th at 9am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Theresa of Avila Church at 10am. Mr. Manning was an active member of the VA Boston Health Care System's Internal Review Board. Graduate of Mission High School, Class of 1950, Boston College 1954, Boston College Law School 1957 and a Masters Degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law 1958. Member of the Berkshire County, Massachusetts and American Bar Association and American Legion Post # 68. Thomas served the City of Pittsfield, Berkshire and Hamden Counties as a proud attorney, District Attorney and Public Defender.
