Snell, Shirley (Herrick), 74, of Marshfield and Roslindale, MA and formerly of Pittsfield, NH, died on April 18, 2014. She is survived by beloved husband of 51 years, Richard E. Snell; children, Julie A. Snell and John R. Dini, of Philadelphia, PA, Steven H. Snell, of Marshfield, MA, Katie S. (Snell) and Angelo N. Sellitto of Roslindale, MA; three cherished grandchildren, Tristan J. Dini, and Angelo R. and Matea E. Sellitto; many nieces and nephews; and grand-dogs Boomer and Clover. Born 1939, Shirley was a graduate of Pittsfield High School, class of 1957, and Notre Dame de Lourdes Hospital School of Nursing, class of 1960. She later attended Emmanuel College, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in 1984. Through her 50-year career, she practiced nursing at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Brighton, and the Visiting Nursing Association of Framingham. Shirley treasured moments with her grandchildren and found joy in gardening, dear friends, her enduring faith, and relaxing at the beach. Funeral from the Robert J.
