Rose L. Lafargue was born on May 10, 1945, to the union of Nirva and Felecia Lafargue, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. She remained in Haiti and completed her education to the equivalent of 2 years college. During those years that was when she met the love of her life, Louis Laloi. They dated for four years before they were married1971.  To this union was born Wilson and then 3 years later Josie.

In 1987 Rose relocated her family to Boston, where she remained. It was during this venture in Boston that a new love was established. She was baptized in 1989 in the Seventh Day Adventist Church, and this is where the Lord blossom her to the beautiful Rose that we knew. She devoted her life to serving her family and church.

Many of you knew this servant of God through her action: "for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me."

On March 18, 2022, Rose Laloi departed this life to be with our Heavenly Father.  She leaves a great void to her best friend, spiritual partner, soulmate of 54 years Louis Laloi. She leaves behind a great emptiness to not only a mother, but great listener to her children Wilson and Josie whose character reflect her goodness and love. She loved to feed her grandchildren who will miss her cooking: Amari Laloi, Isaiah Saint-Vil, Michael Saint-Vil, Gabriella Saint-Vil, Curtis Lavalas, Joshua Saint-Vil and Bryce Laloi. She leaves her daughter: Sammy She leaves her son-in-law Clarence Saint-Vil.  She leaves behind her nieces: Nirva Lejuste; Sermilia Oteus. She leaves behind the Laloi Family, Lafargue family, Saint-Vil family and Pierre family.
