" Treanor, Richard H., 66 of Milton, formerly of Milford, CT died Sunday May 26th at South Shore Hospital after a long battle with lung disease. Richard is survived by his wife, Sheila (Fulton) formerly of Norwood, his daughter, Melissa Treanor, of Bluffton SC, His son, SGT Richard Treanor, and his daughter in law, Umanga (Shah) of Manhattan KS, as well as his siblings Carol (Smith), John David, Robert, and the late Hugh Francis Treanor, all formerly of Milton. Richard served in the US Navy from 1966-1968. He was employed by The Boston Gas Company, Logica North America, and retired from St Vincents Hospital in Bridgeport CT. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St Catherine of Sienna, in Norwood MA on Thursday, May 30 at 9am. All are welcome to attend. His ashes will be scattered in a private ceremony at a later date.
