Greatgrandchildren, Leila Williams and Sofia Williams of Florida

Camden Brown of San Diego

And a sister, Mary Eames of Thompson, Conn.

Many nieces, nephews and cousins

Born in Worcester, Mass, lived in Conn and since 1966 living in North Falmouth, Mass.

Richard worked at a variety of jobs throughout his life.

Ranging from Accounting, cooking at the Seacrest and the Silver Lounge, he also worked at Stop & Shop in Falmouth and Mashpee in the frozen food department, driving Falmouth School buses, his favorite was driving for field trips and kindergarteners.

Richard creative side came out in his love of cooking and experimenting with recipes and in crocheting blankets for family members, then selling them at a variety of craft fairs. He loved the fun and challenge of someone requesting specific colors and sizes then creating/designing with the knowledge that it would be used for a special room, some life event or occasion to be enjoyed for many years.  Over the years these have been in high demand, many can be found in homes around the world, he had a very faithful following with many repeat customers. Richard's blankets were listed as being made with TLC by Grampsgrannystitch, his customers and fellow crafters referred to him as 'Gramps'. Family members and childhood friends referred to him with his childhood nickname of "Red", his and his grandkids called him Grandpa or "Guppy".

As per Richards wishes there will be no funeral services.
