On Monday, February 13th, our beloved father, son, brother, and friend passed away unexpectedly. Alex was forty years old and was born to Patria Baez in the Dominican Republic. Alex came to the U.S. and graduated from English High School, going on to become a Sprinkler Fitter and Foreman for the Local 550 Union. After his high school years, he met Lori, who became his partner of eighteen years and the loving mother of his children.

Alex was his happiest when spending time with family, helping others, and being surrounded by nature. He enjoyed making new experiences and learning. Alex is survived by his children, Jayden and Kaysen, his mother Patria, and his siblings, Nelson, Stanley, and Perla. We will honor his life on Saturday, February 25th at 10 AM at the Robert J Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury, MA 02132. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Hyde Park.
