Devoted brother of Celia and her husband the late Patrick Russell, Avis Arsenault, the late Joseph Arsenault and his wife Kay, The late Rena and Ray McDonald, the late Elmer "Sonny" Arsenault and his wife Joyce, the late Norman and Jean Arsenault and the late Yvette Scannell. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held in the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home 1803 Centre St., West Roxbury, on Thursday, July 3, at 5:00pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours on Thursday from 2:00 to 5:00pm. Ralph was a Navy veteran, Korea and proudly served on the USS Myles C. Fox.
