Paul King, 93 of Bedford died March 23, 2018. His late wife was Emily King. He leaves his children, Peter and Diane King of Block Island, RI, Martha King and Jeff Bryant of Watertown, and Andy King of Templeton. He leaves his grandchildren, Persephone and Lionel Butterfield, and great grandchildren Wesley and Althea Butterfield, of Block Island. He has one surviving sibling, Don King of West Palm Paul operated King Cycle and bicycled all over the place well into his 80's. He was smart, a tinkerer, made rustic tree-branch furniture, a birch bark canoe, and odd topiary animals to put in his front yard. He made good soup to share with friends. He was sociable and a flirt. He played pool at the COA. He lived life on his own terms and was a loving father and husband. A reception will be held at the First Parish Church in Bedford, 75 Great Rd., on Saturday March 31 from 1-4 pm.
