Young --- Nathaniel J. Young of Jamaica Plain May 6, 2006. Beloved son of the late Nathaniel J. and Florence "Polly" (Smith) Young. Nat is survived by Robert and Jane Bartels of Roslindale, Midge Bishop and the late Fermin Bishop of Duxbury and Kit Clapp of Duxbury. Also survived by many other relatives and friends. Nathaniel was educated from Roxbury Latin School, Harvard University and Harvard Law School. He was an Army Intelligence Officer during WWII and Korea. He was an avid sailor, tennis player, skier and enjoyed a rigorous discussion on the topic of the day. He was a Partner for the law firm of Grabill and Ley. He contributed to many organizations in Jamaica Plain and the greater Boston Area. Funeral from the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury Saturday May 13th at 9am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Thomas Aquinas Church 95 South St. Jamaica Plain at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Visiting hours Friday from 4-6pm.
