Lynch, Michael J., 89, of West Roxbury, died November 19, 2013 suddenly. Devoted husband of Margaret A. 'Teeny' (Lennon) and loving father of: John and Sharon Lynch of Leesburg, VA; Maura and Dennis Doe of Mashpee, MA; Katie Lynch and Thomas Peters of Dedham, MA; Michael and Jane Lynch of West Roxbury; Margaret 'Meg' Lynch of Brookline, MA; Beatrice Lynch and Mark Robbins of Lexington, MA; Monica Lynch of West Roxbury; and Theresa 'Tracey' Lynch and Robert 'Jake' Sills of Arlington, MA. Also survived by his grandchildren: Ian Lynch of Brooklyn, NY; Christopher Lynch of Leesburg, VA; Maxwell & Myles Peters of Dedham; Justine and Daniel Lynch of West Roxbury and Emmett and Jesse Sills of Arlington, MA. Brother of the late Mary Sennott, Bernard Lynch and Anna Chmielinski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Michael was a retired engineer of the U S Army Labs, Natick and a U. S. Navy veteran of WWII. A graduate of Brown University and Boston Teachers College. Also a retired broker of Jack Conway Realty, member of West Roxbury YMCA, and the Boston Harbor Yacht Club. He was a devoted parishioner, Holy Name Church, West Roxbury. Funeral from The Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury on Friday November 22, at 8:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Holy Name Church at 9:30 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours in the Funeral Home on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.
