Marie F. Pelletier

56 years old

Marie has passed away after a valiant struggle with cancer. Her love of life and her family sustained her through a very difficult time.

Born and raised in Medford, she is the daughter of the late Robert D. Joyce and Marie (Colella) Joyce of Medford.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 36 years William J. Pelletier of Saugus, and her four adoring sons, Matthew R. Pelletier of Saugus, Michael W. Pelletier and his wife Sara (Lyman) Pelletier of Saugus, Joshua G. Pelletier and his fiancé Keisha Velazquez of Westminster, and Adam V. Pelletier also of Saugus.

Her ever present and precious sisters, who gave her everlasting love and attention, Roberta Castiglia and her husband Robert of Wilmington, Valerie Joyce-Santini also of Wilmington, and Jennifer and her husband Gordon Scott of Dracut. She also leaves a brother John Joyce of Dracut and the late Robert W. Joyce of Methuen.

Her pride and joy were her grandchildren, Frank Vincent Pelletier and Elizabeth Marie Pelletier of Saugus.

Her dear friend Jenna Cetrullo will miss her dearly. She leaves many nieces and nephews who were also cherished by her.

She was the proud stepmom to Kimberly Pelletier of Tennessee, Joseph Pelletier of Nashua N.H. and Michelle and her husband Mike Riggs of Louisville, Ky., and their two children.

Arrangements are private.

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be scheduled at a later date.
