Slyne --- Marguerite T. life-long resident of West Roxbury, December 16, 2011, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Beloved daughter of the late Stephen and Nora (Mullaney) Slyne. Loving sister of Stephen D. Slyne of Medfield and West Roxbury and the late Anne Marie "Nancy" Slyne Kilroy, Dennis R. Slyne and Kevin M. Slyne. Devoted aunt of Michael Slyne of Holliston, William Slyne of Foxboro, Joan-Marie (Slyne) Morgan of Westwood, Maryanne (Kilroy) Fitzgerald of Westwood, John Kilroy of Roslindale, Patricia (Kilroy) Burke of Hudson, NH, Moira (Slyne) Vayda of Quincy and Dennis, Colleen and Christine Slyne all of Weymouth. Also survived by thirteen grand nieces and nephews. Margie was a math and computer science teacher for the Medfield Public School System for twenty seven years. She was an active member of the Catholic Alumni Club and a faithful parishioner of Holy Name church. Funeral from the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury on Wednesday, Dec. 21st at 9:00am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Holy Name Church at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours in the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00pm. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
