Our dearest Luis "Luisito" O. Pena born on February 18, 1947 in Canovanas, Puerto Rico, passed away at the age of 76 on December 5th 2023, battling Alzheimers. He emigrated to the US in his youth and remarried Maura Pena spending 38 years together with their children and grandchildren in Boston, Ma. Luis loved spending time with his family and creating memories with his grandchildren. He enjoyed making us all laugh and always had jokes to tell us. He was a car enthusiast, fitness fanatic and a devoted member of the Seventh Day Adventist church. He leaves behind his wife, Maura Pena, Children, Arelis Pena, Luis Jr Pena, Eledys Pena, Jose Alvarenga, Manuel Zamora, Julissa Diaz, Nubia Zamora and his 22 grandchildren. May God have him in his glory.

Visiting hours in The Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury on Friday December 8, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

Nuestro querido Luis "Luisito" O. Peña nacio el 18 de febrero de 1947 en Canóvanas, Puerto Rico, falleció a la edad de 76 años el 5 de diciembre de 2023, luchando contra el Alzheimer. Emigró a Estados Unidos en su juventud y se volvió a casar con Maura Peña y pasó 38 años junto con sus hijos y nietos en Boston, MA. A Luis le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia y crear recuerdos con sus nietos. Le gustaba hacernos reír a todos y siempre tenía chistes que contarnos. Era un fanático de los carros, un fanático del ejercicio físico y un miembro devoto de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día. Deja atrás a su esposa, Maura Peña, sus hijos, Arelis Peña, Luis Jr Peña, Eledys Peña, José Alvarenga, Manuel Zamora, Julissa Díaz, Nubia Zamora y sus 22 nietos. Que Dios lo tenga en su gloria.
