Luis G. Maradiaga, Age 60 of Roslindale, MA, passed away on April 13th. Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras on March 30th , "Luis Gerardo" was the beloved son of Luis Andres Maradiaga and "Bessy" Chinchilla. He will be always remembered with love, gratitude and admiration for all he did by his family and friends. His brother Ronald and sisters Lizeth, "Monse" and Cynthia will keep him alive in their hearts and minds as a generous, brave, spontaneous and cheerful brother. Luis is survived by four handsome sons: Luis, Michael, Mathew and Daniel. "Luis Gerardo" proudly served the Honduran Navy, where he made a lot of friends who always treasured his friendship. During the years he lived in Florida, he worked on cruise ships and as Investigator/Paralegal, jobs that allowed him to make one of his dreams come true; to travel the world. Luis came to this country around 30 years ago with a bag full of goals, dreams and the hope to make a better living for himself and his family. Luis Gerardo loved to serve people in need, he was a Honduran Red Cross volunteer where he helped saving lives from fires, floods, accidents and assisted women to bring new precious lives to this world. He was a great dancer, the soul of the party, always well dressed, classy and elegant man but also a man of God, who he accepted in his heart in his youth years and served at church guiding people to the truth.

Luis Gerardo, now rest in peace hugged by God's arms, with no pain, no sorrow nor tears, but love and joy. Until we meet again my brother, love you forever.
