Luis M. Cruz, of Roxbury, formerly of Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. June 1, 2026. Beloved husband of Lydia E. (Serrano) Cruz. Loving father of Luis A. Cruz of Revere, Jorge Cruz of New Jersey, Antonio Cruz of Roxbury and Elias Cruz of Roslindale. 

Devoted grandfather of Bianca, Elisely, Justin, Jacoby, Aiden, and Luis. Brother of Blas of Roxbury, Alberto of Jamaica Plain, Aurea Pinto of Roxbury, Luz Ramos of Roslindale, Emma Cruz of Jamaica Plain and the late Pedro, Jose, Pablo, and Ismael Cruz. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Friday June 5, 2026, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday morning at St. Mary of the Angels Church, 2056 Columbus Ave. Roxbury at 10 o’clock. Relatives and friends invited. 

Interment St. Michael Cemetery.
