Ziber, Lorraine Marie (Bulger) Age 74 of Hopkins MN, Wheaton IL, and Roslindale MA.   Lori passed away peacefully on August 17, 2022 at the N.C. Little Memorial Hospice in Edina, MN after struggling for years with significant health issues.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry (Hank) Ziber and her parents Leo and Pearl Bulger.  She is survived by her two sons, John Ziber of Villa Park, IL and Christopher Ziber of Wheaton, IL, her sister Joanne (Jody) Blanchard of East Bridgewater, MA, and brothers Leo Bulger (Sue) of Eden Prairie, MN and Robert Bulger (Richard) of Dorchester, MA.

Lori was born in Boston, MA and attended Sacred Heart Grammar School.   She graduated from Notre Dame Academy, Hingham, MA.  She dedicated her life to raising her two sons.  She valued her friends whom she met in the many places she lived: Massachusetts, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, and Illinois.  Her interests included cooking, knitting, genealogy, reading, and writing poetry.  She enjoyed the people and the discussions in weekly Bible study groups she attended.

Lori was grateful for the caring medical attention she received from Northwestern Medicine and the Warrenville Cancer Center in Illinois.  Special thanks go to Doctors Adam Stein, John Abad, and Linda Ferris and their team members who lovingly supported Lori.

Mass of Christian burial will take place at Sacred Heart Church, 169 Cummins Highway, Roslindale, MA at 11:30 AM on Friday, October 7, 2022.  Visitation will be held before the service from 9:30 AM – 11AM at the Robert J Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St., West Roxbury, MA. Interment will follow at St Mary's Cemetery, 57 Wellesley Ave., Needham, MA.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to N.C. Little Memorial Hospice, Edina, MN or the American Cancer Society.
