Lori Jean Garofalo died peacefully at Newton Wellesley Hospital on December 28, 2021 after battling years of kidney and lately respiratory issues. Lori was the 6th of 7 children born to Gary & Mary Garofalo in 1957. She was born in Dorchester, MA and moved to Hull, MA where she attended Hull High School.

For years Lori was a long term client of the Elliot House Program where she volunteered in their Food Service Program, contributed to their Newsletter and in their Outreach Hot Line Program.

Lori truly had a compassionate heart and was selfless which made her so special and a gift to those who knew her. One of Lori's greatest joys was spending time with her failing 97 year old dad in his final years of life.

She is survived by her siblings: Joe & Ann Garofalo of Gilford, NH, Gary (Nancy) Garofalo of Deltona, FL, Cheryl (Paul) Kelley of Vero Beach, FL, Gail Pacheco of Longwood, FL, Ron Garofalo of Longwood, FL, Rick Garofalo of Hull, MA. plus five nephews and three nieces.
