Cherished Auntie of Noelle, Walker, Willow, Matthew, Madison and Marshall. Devoted sister of James R. Houlihan and his wife Candice of Brookline and Nancy A. Houlihan of Brookline. Lisa was a dedicated attorney with 17 years of experience in the Federal Government working for the US Coast Guard. She practiced law as a Judge Advocate General, in Civil Claims, Admiralty Law, and Environmental Law. She retired from the US Coast Guard Reserves, having achieved the rank of Commander. She was also in the last semester of her LLM Environmental Law Program at Berkeley Law, University of California, Berkeley at the time of her passing. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at the Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Mission Church) on Saturday August 9, at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
