Khatchadour Garabedian of Roslindale passed away at the age of 82 and went to be with the Lord to join his parents: Rebecca and Krikor, and siblings, brothers: Hagop, Avedis, Garo and sisters Azniv and Maritsa. He was born in Beirut Lebanon in 1937, to loving parents Krikor and Rebecca Garabedian.  He is survived by his sister Heripsimeh Ammary of Georgia. Khatchadour was married to his wife Franjieh for 60 years. He is the cherished father of Krikor Garabedian and wife Lilliane, Rebecca Garabedian, and Rita Yessayan and husband Hagop. Very proud and much loved grandfather of Noel, Christian, Garo, Raffi, Cristelle, Marilisa, Juliana, Rosarita and Late beloved Johnny. He was blessed with his Great-grandchild Naya.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  He worked many trades, from assistant goldsmith, Taxi driver, masonry, molding braces and orthopedic products at Med-Techna Inc.

He was a very kind, hospitable, joy-filled man with a big smile. He loved playing Backgammon with his grandchildren, watched their soccer games at the Millennium park, nicknamed some of his grandchildren, such as Kondalisa instead of Rosarita.  He looked over and worried about all his grandchildren, near and far. He loved going to church and sing the church hymns and always had his home open to serve others. We will miss him tremendously. May God Bless his legacy and the happy memories of those who knew him.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic and current public safety measures a private graveside service will be held at The Gardens of West Roxbury, to celebrate Khatchadour's life and details will be announced at a later date. Memorial donations may be made in Khatchadour Garabedian's name to Armenian Nursing Home 431 Pond St. Jamaica Plain, MA 02130.
