Also survived by four loving grandchildren Meredith, Spencer, Stephen and Carolyn, as well as several nieces and nephews. Devoted son of the late Mary (Brennan) and Joseph Martin Walsh of West Roxbury. Brother of Elizabeth Keefe of Andover, Mary Cashin of New York and Cotuit. Graduate of Roxbury Latin (1941), Harvard University Class of 1945 (graduated 1947 due to war) and Boston College Law School (1950), Army veteran of WWII, Vice Chairman of the Boston Redevelopment Authority Board of Directors, member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Corp., the Harvard Club, Charles River Country Club and Foxfire Country Club in Naples FL, and an accomplished musician.
