Rudnicki, John P., age 70, passed away on Aug. 10, at the Brockton VA Hospital following a battle of lung cancer. Son of the late Stephania Strungus and the late Julian Rudnicki, brother to the late Julie Malis. John spent most of his life in Quincy, Ma. After high school he joined the United States Air Force and became a proud veteran of the Vietnam War. He traveled the world, his favorite being Germany. While enlisted he earned the title of Fire Fighter Supervisor and Supt. and was part of the Airman Second Class Regaf. He is survived by his daughter Angelina Osterhoudt of Dracut, Ma and granddaughter Charlotte. Nieces Victoria Simon of Taunton, MA and Lisa King of Rhode Island, along with many cousins in the New England area. Funeral services will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA on Wednesday August 15, at 2:00 PM. www.lawlerfuneralhome.com
