DiFrancesco, John Robert, 66, a resident at Mary Immaculate Nursing Home, Lawrence, MA, died March 18, 2012 at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen, MA. Born April 22, 1945 in Lawrence, MA. Raised in Lawrence, MA, he later resided in Methuen, MA. He was predeceased by his wife, Kathryn (Connolly) DiFrancesco, who died October 13, 2010. John was by his wife's side throughout her illness. He was a graduate of Lawrence High School. He was previously employed at Phoenix East and Falconi Pianos, both in Haverhill, Ma. John enjoyed cooking, fly fishing and was a great listener. He enjoyed playing practical jokes on family and friends. Predeceased by his wife Kathryn (Connolly) DiFrancesco and son John. Survived by parents Rosario and Angelina DiFrancesco of Methuen, daughter Katie Karl of Fort Lauderdale, Fl. Son Sully DiFrancesco of Derry, NH. Sister Joanne Moran of Groveland, Ma.
