Rossi, Joan Corcoran of Needham, MA, died Friday, April 15, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Maspeth, NY, July 11, 1927, the daughter of James J. Corcoran and Prudence Magill Corcoran. She was raised in Brooklyn, NY and graduated from Bishop McDonald High School in 1941. She devotedly raised her family in Yorktown Heights, NY. She also resided in Providence, RI and Needham, MA. She is survived by her brother, James J. Corcoran the III, and her eldest son, Jeffrey Rossi and daughter-in-law Jennifer Rossi of RI. Her daughter, Jill Rossi Haggett and her son-in-law, Everett C. Haggett, granddaughter, Katie Lee Haggett of MA. Her son, Mark J. Rossi and her daughter-in-law, Carol Rossi, of PA. Her daughter, Regina Wilkinson, and her son-in-law, Andrew Wilkinson of MA and their children, Ryan L. Wilkinson of NYC and Hattie Mae Wilkinson of NC. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, April 30, at 10:30 am at The Church of the Advent, 28 Pleasant St., Medfield, MA.
