Hampton, James W. of Dorchester, MA died December 7, 2019. He was 98 years old. Mr. Hampton was born in Nashville, TN. He was the loving father of Keisha Nixon, Lionel Hampton, William Hampton, Jr., Monika Nixon, and the late Steven Nixon, William Hampton. Devoted grandfather of Eric Nixon, Dasi Nixon, DiAndre Nixon, Andreana Nixon, Deandre Reid, Janelle Kittrell, Javaughn Kittrell,Dreme Nixon, and Samaya Nixon. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday December 14, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm. Relatives and friends are invited.
