Jacob William Grant, 21, was just beginning a brilliant future with his college career when his life was interrupted. Jacob went to Heaven on April 20, 2019 after a courageous battle with leukemia. Through it all, Jacob maintained a tremendous amount of strength and faced every challenge with a terrific sense of humor. Jacob's family will host a celebration of life in his honor on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at 6p.m. at Charleston Church, 185 Main Rd. Charleston, ME. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate Jacob's life with smiles and laughter.
