Serbun, Hannah Kathleen 24, of Watertown, formerly of Westford, June 9, 2014. Beloved daughter of David and Nancy of East Falmouth, and adoring sister of Sarah Jane of Charlestown and Ellen Marie of South Boston. She is survived by her grandmother, Gertrude Serbun, of Philadelphia, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Hannah loved art, music, and her dog, Poco.
