Loving father of Paul Kelley and his wife Donna of Stratford, CT, Janice Knight and her husband Daniel of Franklin and Susan Kelley-Outten and her husband Ben of Woodstock, VT and the late Robert A. Kelley. Cherished grandpa of Jennifer, Joseph, Alison and Kevin Knight and Megan, Robert and his wife Elyse Kelley. Devoted brother of Thomas Kelley and his wife Margaret of Braintree and Gerard Kelley of Kingston. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Robert J. Frank worked for the U.S. Postal service, South Boston Annex for over 30 years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran WWII and served in the Army Reserves for over 20 years.
