PALLADINO, Eleanor of West Roxbury on February 25, 2022, at the age of 92 after a long battle with dementia. Beloved wife for over 50 years to the late William, and loving mother to Fr. Chris Palladino, Pastor, St. Martin de Porres Parish, Dorchester. She joins her husband, parents, siblings and friends in the Eternal Peace of Christ. Eleanor nurtured her Faith each Sunday with her family and neighbors at St. Theresa of Avila Parish and her life was celebrated with a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, February 28, 2022. After retirement, she stayed active in various groups at Holy Name Parish and through Age Well – ETHOS. Eleanor easily incorporated her Christianity into everything she did – it is the Fullness of Live that can be accomplished through Christ. Anyone who ever encountered her – even while she endured dementia -- will attest that she was a sweet and loving woman. Our family thanks the compassionate and dedicated team at Hancock Park Nursing Center, Quincy for these past three years. All services were private but please keep her in your prayers.
