Derek Logan Skrine, our beloved son, will be greatly missed. He was born in Norwood, Ma and lived in many towns in Massachusetts and Florida. His final residence was Falmouth, Ma. He graduated from Falmouth High School in 2001 and had a degree from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a B.A. in English Literature. Derek was a unique person who loved the open spaces especially sunsets over the ocean or across the mountains. He loved music and the artists who performed from hard rock to rap to reggae. He had a kind heart and tried to find something special in everyone he met. His big smile was always a welcome addition to any room. He is survived by his parents, Jeannie and Bruce, of Falmouth, a brother, Nicholas, of Cohasset, and a sister, Kristin O'Donnell of South Boston.
