David A. Boyd, 59, of Bridgewater, MA passed on December 2, 2019 at the V.A. Hospital in Boston, MA. due to complications with a brief battle with cancer. Born in 1960 in Chelsea, MA, David proudly served our country in the United States Naval Construction Battalions better known as a "Seabee" and he was very dedicated to his job Cut-All-Tools for over 35 years.

David was a loyal, strong, loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his grandchildren as often as possible. He also enjoyed football (Patriots of course), fishing, horseshoes and country music. David was preceded in death by his mother, Bettie S. Boyd. He is survived by his father Romans A. Boyd, brother Timothy Boyd and wife Terri and sister Sandra Olin and husband Steve. He is also survived by his loving and caring wife Sandra Boyd (Lovato) of 41 years and his daughter Jennifer Williams and her husband Brian and son David R. Boyd and ex-wife Natalie. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Evan, Braelyn, Emma, Jordyn, Brooke and Avalon.

A Celebration of Life event will be held at Barretts Ale House in Bridgewater MA on Wednesday December 11th from 5-8pm.

A memorial service will also be held in his home state of Ohio at a future date to be determined
