Shea --- Claire E. (Mulry) of Merrimack, NH; formerly of Jamaica Plain, passed away July 23, 2013. Claire was born on July 24, 1928 in Boston, MA and was raised in Jamaica Plain. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Mulry. Loving mother of Kevin Shea of Key West FL; Kathleen Shea Hutchins of Londonderry, NH; Christine (Roger) Jarjoura of Greenwood, IN; and Nancy Shea and her fiancé Joe Gagnon of Amherst, NH. Cherished grandmother of Sean, Meaghan, Tyler, Timmy and Ryan. Devoted sister of the late John Mulry, Rita (Jim) Anderer Dorothy (Jerry) Sullivan, Frances Mulry, Ruth (Mitch) Hayes, Jeanne (Jim) Johnson, and Peggy Simmons. Sister-in-law of Mary Mulry. Also survived by sixty nieces and nephews. Claire was a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas High School, Class of 1946 (Claire wanted us to list that she was Valedictorian, but we could neither confirm nor deny.) Claire started her family in California where they lived until 1969 before relocating to Kennebunk, Maine; Goffstown, NH and finally Merrimack, NH. She spent many happy years at the family summer camp on Lower Suncook Lake in Barnstead, NH. Per Claire's wishes there will be no calling hours. Funeral from the Robert J. Lawler and Crosby Funeral Home 1803 Centre St., West Roxbury, on Friday, July 26, at 10:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Holy Name Church at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Gathering in the funeral home Friday morning, beginning at 9:30am. Interment St. Joseph cemetery.
