Christina Marie "Nina" Russo, of Braintree, formerly Hyde Park passed away, on December 15, 2023, at the age of 39.

She was the loving mother of her beautiful daughters; Camryn Victoria Leech and Sophia Michaela Gomes.  Beloved daughter of Susan Mitchell of Framingham and the late Michael Russo. Sister of Suzan McNeil and her husband Daniel of Pembroke and Aunnie Aunnie to Gavin and Kellan. Christina is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins and her fur baby Tango.

Christina was a 2002 Blue Hills Regional Graduate and U.S. Army Veteran.

We take comfort in knowing that Nina is surrounded by loved ones, free from the struggle that haunted her. We would have given anything for her to experience that freedom in her lifetime. She was and is so LOVED. Our grief over losing her her is infinite and now so is she.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Chrysostom Church, 4750 Washington St. West Roxbury on Saturday December 23, at 10:30 am.

Visiting hours on Friday December 22, in The Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre St. West Roxbury from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Interment private.
