Lamontagne, Carol A. of Jamaica Plain, after a brief illness, April 9, 2019. Beloved daughter of the late Henry and Corrine (Messler) Lamontagne. Carol is survived by many dear and loving friends. Carol was a graduate of Heywood Harrington Hospital School of Nursing in Southbridge, MA. She then spent 40 years of nursing at the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, primarily in the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Throughout her many years at the Brigham NICU, Carol was a devoted advocate for hundreds of babies and their families. Relatives and friends will gather to remember and celebrate Carol's life with visiting hours in the Robert J.
