CAREY, Ann (Gibbons) passed away on June 28, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.  She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Carey.  Devoted mother of the late Marie Carey, Juliann Carey of West Roxbury, Ellen Carey and her husband Jose Oliveira of Reading, Rita Lewis of Hyde Park, and Joseph Carey of West Roxbury.  Loving grandmother of Connor Lewis.  Beloved sister of Francis Barbetti of Wayland.   Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, grandnieces and nephews and great grandnieces and nephews.

Visiting hours at the Robert J. Lawler & Crosby Funeral Home, 1803 Centre Street, West Roxbury, Tuesday, July 5, from 9-11 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John Chrysostom Church, 4750 Washington Street, West Roxbury at 11:30 a.m.  Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.  Burial at Mt. Benedict Cemetery.
